清火片中大黄灭菌工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较干热灭菌法和湿热灭菌法对清火片中大黄药材灭菌效果的影响,选择最适宜的灭菌方法。方法用不同灭菌方法对大黄药材进行灭菌处理,用微生物限度检查法进行灭菌后检查,用高效液相色谱法考察主要成分的含量变化。结果干热灭菌效果不如湿热灭菌,湿热灭菌条件下各参数均能起到很好的灭菌效果;采用湿热灭菌105℃-40min、121℃-8min、121℃-15min的灭菌工艺所得大黄结合蒽醌损失较大,采用湿热灭菌100℃-10min、100℃-20min及干热灭菌工艺,结合蒽醌没有损失。结论结合能耗考虑,认为采用100℃下湿热灭菌10min的方法是清火片中大黄药材灭菌的最佳工艺。 OBJECTIVE To select a suitable sterilization method for Rhubarb in QingHuo tablet, according tothe comparison of sterilization effects between the dry heat sterilization and the steam sterilization. METHODS The Rhubarb were treated with different methods for the sterilizing, and fungus inspection was carried out in accordance with the microbial limit test, in addition, the variations on the content of main compositions of the Rhubarb were de- termined by HPLC. RESULTS For sterilization of the Rhubarb, compared with the dry heat sterilization, the steam sterilization had the advantages of good effect, and it work in variety of operation process. And, the contents of com- bined anthraquinones from Rhubarb had great loss after the steam sterilization in conditions of 105℃-40min, 121℃- 8rain and 121℃-15min. While the contents of combined anthraquinones had no loss after the the dry heat sterilization and the steam sterilization in conditions of 100℃-10min as well as 100℃-20min. CONCLUSION In consideration of energy consumption, the steam sterilization is the suitable sterilization method for Rhubarb in QingHuo tablet,with the condition of 100℃-10min.
