基于可靠性增长规划模型对脑梗死病临床用药监测与评价

摘要 目的降低不合理用药现象,提高临床精准用药的水平。方法设计脑梗死康复期临床路径用药监测系统,通过建立合理用药规则库、用药审查管理、临床失效数据管理三大模块来对这套临床路径系统中的用药情况进行监测与预警,拟采用系统可靠性增长规划的经典参数模型对用药监测系统进行评估,通过定义系统失效数据类型,采集失效数据并用AMSAA模型进行可靠性增长分析与评价。结果提高医生用药的合理性,减少了不合理用药情况的发生。结论通过使用临床路径系统,为医院用药安全的信息化建设提供新思路。 OBJECTIVE To reduce the phenomenon of irrational drug use, improve the level of clinical preci- sion medication. METHODS The clinical traits monitoring system of cerebral infarction was designed, and the mo- nitoring and early warning of the drug use in this clinical path system were carried out by establishing three groups : rational drug rule base, drug review management and clinical failure data management. The classical parameter model of reliability growth planning was used to evaluate the drug use monitoring system. By defining the system failure data type, the failure data was collected and the reliability growth was analyzed and evaluated by AMSAA mod- el. RESULTS The system could improve the rationality of doctors medication and reduce the incidence of irrational drug use. CONCLUSION Using clinical path system can provide new ideas for information construction of medica- tion sayety in hospitals.
