The Development of Charity Organizations of Islam in Northwest——Analysis of the Background of Charity generation

20世纪80年代以来,民间组织在全球范围内迅猛发展。而自20世纪90年代以后,在我国多民族的西北地区,基于特定的社会境遇、时代场景、文化沃土、地域特点,以伊斯兰教信仰为依托的民间慈善组织也应运而生。

Since 1980 s, the folk organization is developing rapidly in the global range. And since the beginning of 1980 s, especially after 1990 s,Non-Governmental Organizations having a background of Islam have emergedbased on four factors： firstly, the specific social situation-the differentiation of government power, secondly, era scene-the perfection of relevant laws of the state; thirdly, fertile soil of culture-charity concept of Islamic; finally, regional features-the Muslim colony and so many poor peoplein Northwest in the multi-ethnic area in Northwest of China.
