电子商务高速发展冲击了传统零售业。本文分析了传统零售业发展O2O的背景和存在问题,探讨了发展O2O的具体对策,以期能够为以苏宁为代表的传统零售业的转型升级提供思路。
The rapid development of electronic commerce has impacted on the traditional retailing industry. This paper analyzes the background and existing problems of the development of O2O in the traditional retailing industry,and probes into the concrete tactics for the development of O2O, and consequently, brings out transformation and upgrading ideas for the traditional retail industry like Su Ning.
