国培计划信息化班级管理工作的实践及思考——以江西省鄱阳县为例

摘要 江西科技师范大学国培计划送教下乡活动中,鄱阳项目县500名学员六个项目七个班级同时开班集中培训4天,来自鄱阳县不同的乡镇、不同年龄阶段、不同学历层次的教师临时组成七个班级,情况比较复杂,这可能会给班级管理带来一定的难度问题,因此,我校推出师韵APP以期帮助班主任进行信息化管理班级。由学校老师带队,我们5个研究生主要辅助班主任进行线上管理该班级学员,在实施过程中班主任与学员的一系列问题我们都及时给出回应,一些相对复杂的问题我们提供统一的解决策略,最后完成了辅助班主任信息化班级管理的工作。 This article aims at training 500 students from Poyang project counties in rural areas to teach in the project of national training of Jiangxi Normal University of Science and Technology in a four days program from November10 to 13, 2017. The six programs of seven classes are scheduled with teachers from different towns in Poyang County.In different age groups, teachers of different academic levels temporarily form seven classes, leaving the situation more complicated, which may bring some difficulties in class management. Therefore, our school introduced Shi Yun app to help the class teacher to carry out the information management. Led by the teacher, the five postgraduate students assist the teacher in charge to conduct online management of the class trainees. During the course of implementation, a series of questions about the class leaders and trainees are given. We give timely responses and some relatively complicated problems. We provide a unified solution strategy and finally completed the assistant class teacher information class management.
