摘要
在医学学历继续教育中,辅导员扮演着重要的角色。文章结合高校辅导员队伍建设相关文件要求,参照辅导员评价的相关文献,根据昆明医科大学学历继续教育辅导员实际工作内容,形成由思想政治教育、沟通交流工作、日常管理工作、自我修养4个方面15个子项为核心的工作框架,最终构建了医学学历继续教育辅导员评价指标体系,并为评价的实施提出意见指导。
Counselors play an important role in medical continuing education. New evaluation system combines with the requirements of student management, the research of counselor evaluation and the actual work. The evaluation system was formed by 4 primary indexes and 15 secondary indexes： the ideological and political education, communication, daily management work and self-improvement. The study will provide theoretical guidance for the implementation of evaluation.
