摘要
目的探讨"情景模拟+PBL教学法"的培训模式在麻醉学住院医师规范化培训中的作用。方法针对情景模拟、PBL教学法和麻醉科临床实践的特点,选取典型的病例,进行临床情景模拟,然后针对问题进行PBL教学。结果此方法大大提高了麻醉科住培医师的学习兴趣和热情,加深其对临床知识的理解,提高其临床思维能力、安全意识、沟通能力及应对突发事件的能力。结论情景模拟和PBL教学法在麻醉科住院医生规范化培训中起到了极好的作用,从而为培养合格的麻醉科住培医师提供一个良好的教学模式。
Objective To explore the effect of scenario simulation combined with PBL teaching mode in resident standardizing training of anesthesiology. Methods According to the character of the scenario simulation, PBL teaching mode and the clinical practice of anesthesiologist, we simulated the clinical scenario, put forward the questions aiming at the scenario, then taught the residents based on the question. Results This method greatly improved the learning interest and enthusiasm of residents standardizing training of anesthesiology and deepened their understanding of the clinical knowledge, improved their ability of clinical thinking ability, safety awareness and communication skills to deal with emergencies. Conclusion Scenario simulation combined with PBL teaching mode has good effect on resident standardizing training of anesthesiology. And it provides a good teaching model for the training of qualified anesthesiology residents.
