Exploration of Clinical Practice Teaching in Ophthalmology

眼科学是临床中的二级学科,与内科、外科平行。眼科与全身各个器官具有紧密联系,很多疾病发生后均在眼科中有所表现。这就需要眼科医生掌握全面的医疗知识,对与眼科有关的疾病类型进行了解,在诊治患者的时候,不局限于眼科疾病的诊治,而是从患者整体身体情况入手考察。这就要求在开展临床实践教学时,加强对这方面内容的学习。眼科医学生临床实践教学是教学医院眼科工作的重要环节,也是医学生从学生到医生转变的关键,这项工作对医学生医德品格的塑造、医疗技能的培养非常重要。文章根据多年的临床实践教学经验,从入科教育、教学计划制定、录像教学、规范医疗文书书写、伦理学教育等方面论述了提高眼科临床实践教学效果的方法。

Ophthalmology is two-level subject in the clinic, parallel to the internal and surgical medicine. The ophthalmology is closely related to the various organs of the whole body, and many of the diseases are manifested in the ophthalmology after the occurrence of many diseases. This requires an ophthalmologist to master comprehensive medical knowledge and to understand the types of diseases related to the ophthalmology. The diagnosis and treatment of patients was not limited to ophthalmological diseases, but from the overall physical condition of the patient. This requires that in the development of clinical practice teaching, to strengthen the study of the content of this aspect. Ophthalmology clinical practice teaching is an important part of ophthalmology in teaching hospitals. It is also the key to change medical students from students to doctors. This work is very important for medical students＇ shaping of medical ethics and cultivation of medical skills. Based on years of experience in clinical practice, this paper discusses ways to improve the effect of clinical practice teaching in ophthalmology from aspects of enrolling in education, teaching plan making, video teaching, standardizing medical records writing and ethics education.
