摘要
目的探究NT-pro BNP对老年急性左心衰患者24小时预后的评估价值。方法研究对象为我院2014年1月—2017年1月收治的100例老年急性左心衰患者,对其进行N端前脑钠肽(NT-pro BNP)检测,观察患者24 h内的死亡情况。结果以NT-pro BNP浓度在20 000 pg/ml判定老年急性左心衰患者在24 h内的死亡阳性预测值为35.0%,阴性预测值为92.5%。结论对NT-pro BNP含量进行测定可成为评判老年急性左心衰患者24 h内的标准之一,可靠性高。
Objective To explore the value of nt-pro BNP in evaluating the prognosis of elderly patients with acute left heart failure. Methods 100 cases of elderly patients with acute left heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were selected as the study objects. The N-pro brain natriuretic peptide（NT-pro BNP） was detected, and the death with in 24 h was observed. Results T h e positive predictive value within 24 h of NT-pro BNP in 20 000 pg/ml was 35.0%, and the negative predictive value was 92.5%. Conclusion The determination of the content of NT-pro BNP can be one of the criteria in the 24 h of the elderly patients with acute left heart failure,which is highly reliable.
