手术治疗颅内肿瘤患者的体会

Experience of Surgical Treatment for Patients With Intracranial Tumors

目的分析颅内肿瘤患者接受手术治疗的具体方法以及治疗效果,为临床疾病的治疗提供可靠的依据。方法选取我院在2016年1月—2017年1月所接诊的颅内肿瘤患者60例作为研究对象。根据治疗方案的差异,将所选患者进行分组。对照组接受常规显微手术骨瓣开颅治疗,研究组接受神经外科锁孔手术治疗,比较两组患者手术期间的出血量、手术时间以及治疗效果,将所得各项数值进行统计学计算。结果研究组患者手术期间出血量低于对照组,手术时间短于对照组,治疗效果优于对照组,两组数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中采取神经外科锁孔手术治疗颅内肿瘤效果理想,能够降低手术出血量以及手术时间。

Objective To analyze the specific methods and treatment effect of intracranial tumor patients undergoing surgery, and to provide reliable basis for the treatment of clinical diseases. Methods 60 cases of intracranial tumors received in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the research subjects. The selectedpatients were grouped according to the differences in the treatment program. The control group received conventional microsurgical craniotomy for the treatment of craniotomy. The study group received the surgical treatment of the keyhole surgery in the Department of neurosurgery. The amount of bleeding, the time of operation and the effect of the treatment were compared between the two groups, and all the values were calculated statistically. Results the amount of bleeding during operation in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the operation time was significantly shorter than that of the control group, the treatment effect was significantly better than that of the control group, there was statistical difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical use of keyhole surgery in the treatment of intracranial tumors is ideal, can reduce the amount of bleeding and operation time.
