探讨改进的美容缝合方法在创伤和整形手术中的应用效果

The Effect of Application of Improved Cosmetic Suture in Trauma and Plastic Surgery

目的探讨改进的美容缝合方法在创伤和整形手术中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的创伤和整形手术患者75例作为研究对象。将其随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组(37例)采用改良真皮内翻缝合,对照组(38例)采用传统缝合方法。对比分析两组患者的切口缝合情况、切口愈合效果、患者术后瘢痕情况。结果观察组患者切口缝合情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改进的美容缝合方法在创伤和整形手术中的应用效果显著,切口缝合效果佳。

Objective To explore the application effect of improved cosmetic suture in trauma and plastic surgery. Methods 75 cases of patientswho underwent trauma and plastic surgery in our hospital were selected as the study objects and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. 37 cases in the observation group were treated with modified dermal entropion suture, and 38 cases in the control group were treated with traditional suture method. The incision suture, wound healing effect, postoperative scar situation between two groups of patients were comparative analyzed. Results The incision suture situation of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The improved cosmetic suture method is effective in wound and plastic surgery, and the suture effect is good.
