摘要 双肾上腺素样激酶-1(doublecortin-like kinase 1,DCLK1)是近些年研究发现的众多肿瘤标志物中的一种,在多种肿瘤中表达,并且在肿瘤的发生及发展中起到一定作用。本文综述DCLK1的结构及其在恶性肿瘤中表达情况的相关文献,为DCLK1的有关研究和新型抗癌靶向药物研制提供参考。 Doublecortin-like kinase 1( DCLK1) is one of many cancer markers discovered in recent years, and it is expressed in several carcinomas, and plays a functional role in the progression of cancer. The article has reviewed the study of DCLK1 and its significance of tumor expression and may provide a help for DCLK1 and new target for cancer treatment.
