Objective To investigate the clinical value of Naoxintong capsule in patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency. Methods 80 cases of patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency admitted in our hospital from November 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the study objects and they were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with bilateral stellate ganglion block twice a week. Continuous treatment one month for a course of treatment, the observation group, based on the control group, was given oral use of Naoxintong capsule(‘Chinese Medicine'Z20025001, Shanxi Buchang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.), 3 times once day, 3 particle in each day, taking one month for a course of treatment, intracranial pressure and cerebral perfusion were compared between the two groups and the ESS and MMSE scores of the two groups after 1 day of intervention. Results After treatment, the cerebral oxygen partial pressure of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The cerebral perfusion pressure was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The ESS and MMSE scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Naoxintong capsule can effectively improve the cerebral blood supply in patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency and improve neurological function.
