神经内科患者护理安全隐患分析及对策探讨

Analysis and Countermeasures of Hidden Danger of Safety in Nursing for Patients in Neurology Department

目的研究神经内科患者护理安全隐患与对策。方法选择2015年12月—2016年12月医院神经内科收治的患者136例作为研究对象。采用随机分组的方法,将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各68例患者。对照组患者采取常规护理,观察组患者分析护理安全隐患,采取有针对性的应对措施进行护理。对比两组患者的护理满意度以及发生护理不良事件的几率。结果观察组患者护理总满意率为95.59%,高于对照组患者的79.41%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理不良事件发生率为4.41%,低于对照组患者的19.12%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经内科护理中,患者护理安全隐患主要包括病情、设备、技术、环境、护理人员、患者自身等方面,应采取有针对性的措施强化护理,以提高患者满意度,减少不良事件的发生。

Objective To study the hidden danger of safety and countermeasures of nursing for patients in department of neurology. Methods 136 patients admitted to department of neurology from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the study objects and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 68 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing, the hidden danger of safety in patients in observation group was analyzed, and then they were treated with targeted nursing measures. The nursing satisfaction and the incidence of nursing adverse events between two groups were compared. Results In the observation group, nursing satisfaction rate was 95.59%, higher than 79.41% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. The incidence rate of nursing adverse events in the observation group was 4.41%, lower than 19.12% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion In neurology nursing, the hidden danger of nursing includes disease, equipment, technology, environment, nursing staff and patients, we should take targeted measures to strengthen the nursing, to improve the satisfaction of patients, to reduce the incidence of adverse events.
