优质护理服务在老年性脑梗死护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of High Quality Nursing Service in the Nursing of Senile Cerebral Infarction

目的分析在老年性脑梗死护理中应用优质护理服务的效果。方法将本次研究的150老年性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者使用常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上,使用优质护理服务。结果对照组患者的护理质量评分低于观察组患者的护理质量评分,两组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者总有效率低于观察组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年性脑梗死护理中应用优质护理服务,可以提升患者的护理质量和护理效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of quality nursing service in the nursing of senile cerebral infarction. Methods 150 elderly patients with cerebral infarction in this study were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing method. Patients in observation group were treated with highquality nursing service based on routine nursing. Results The quality score of the control group was lower than that of the observation group, there was statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）; the total effective rate of the control group was lower than the observation group, there was statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of quality nursing care in the nursing of senile cerebral infarction can greatly improve the quality and effect of nursing.
