摘要
目的分析护理干预在结肠癌患者围手术期护理干预中的应用价值。方法择取医院就医的80例结肠癌患者,选取时间为2015年3月11日—2017年1月26日,通过随机颜色球抽取的方法,将其分为两组。两组分别给予基础性护理、围手术期护理干预,对比两组临床各项指标、并发症发生情况。结果观察组伤口愈合时间为(6.11±1.12)d,住院时间为(11.54±4.24)d,护理满意度评分为(95.41±0.24)分,并发症发生例数为3例,数据与对照组对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结肠癌患者行围手术期护理干预效果显著。
Objective To analyze the value of nursing intervention on perioperative nursing intervention in patients with colon cancer. Methods 80 cases of patients with colon cancer in the hospital were enrolled in the study. The selected time range was from March 11, 2015 to January 26, 2017. The patients were divided into two groups by random color ball extraction. The patients were given basic nursing and perioperative nursing intervention respectively. The clinical indexes and complications in the two groups were compared. Results The wound healing time in the observation group was（6.11±1.12） days, the length of hospital stay was（11.54±4.24） days, the nursing satisfaction score was（95.41±0.24） points, the number of complications was 3 cases, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The effect of perioperative nursing intervention on patients with colon cancer is significant.
