妇科宫颈癌护理中的人文关怀以及心理护理方法探讨

Humanistic Care and Psychological Nursing Methods in Nursing Care of Gynecological Cervical Cancer

目的研究妇科宫颈癌护理中的人文关怀方法以及心理护理方法,提升妇科护理水平。方法选取我院妇科于2015年10月—2017年8月收治的118例宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,将上述患者按照信封法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各59例患者。对照组患者采取宫颈癌常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合人文关怀以及心理护理。护理后,对两组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分以及患者的社会功能、生活质量评分进行比较。结果观察组患者的SAS评分为(31.58±3.55)分,SDS评分为(32.14±3.98)分,社会功能为(66.55±7.11)分,生活质量为(72.86±6.68)分,均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇科宫颈癌患者中进行人文关怀和心理护理具有显著的临床效果,对宫颈癌患者的康复有积极意义。

Objective To explore the humanistic care methods and psychological nursing methods in the nursing of gynecological cervical cancer, and to improve the level of gynecological nursing. Methods118 cases of cervical cancer patients in our hospital from October 2015 to August 2017 were selected as the research objects, the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the envelope method, 59 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine care of cervical cancer, and the observation group was treated with humanistic care and psychological care on the basis of the control group. After nursing, the SAS score, SDS score, social function and quality of life score of the two groups were compared. Results The SAS score of the observation group was（31.58±3.55） points,the SDS score was（32.14±3.98） points, the social function was（66.55±7.11） points, and the quality of life was（72.86±6.68） points, which were significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Humanistic care and psychological nursing in patients with gynecological cervical cancer have significant clinical effect, and have positive significance for the rehabilitation of patients with cervical cancer.
