品管圈活动在降低心电监护患者电极处皮肤损伤率中的应用效果 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨品管圈(quality control circle,QCC)活动在降低心电监护患者电极处皮肤损伤率中的应用效果。方法便利抽样法选择2017年1-4月第二军医大学心内科监护室收治的90例患者为研究对象,将QCC活动实施前(2017年1-2月)的45例患者作为对照组,活动实施后(2017年3-4月)的45例患者作为观察组,成立以"降低心电监护患者电极处皮肤损伤率"为主题的QCC活动小组,分析心电监护患者电极处皮肤损伤的原因,根据相关因素制订针对性措施并在活动中落实。结果 QCC活动展开后,观察组患者的心电监护极处皮肤损伤率低于对照组患者,护理满意度高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 QCC活动的实施可以有效降低心电监护患者电极处皮肤损伤率,有利于提升患者舒适度。 Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle(QCC) to reduce skin injury rate at electrocardiograph (ECG) monitoring electrodes.Methods By convenience sampling,90 cases were selected,45 cases from January to February 2017 were selected as control group and other 45 cases from March to April 2017 were selected as observation group. The QCC group with the theme of "reducing skin injury rate at ECG monitoring electrodes" was set up. The reason was analyzed and targeted countermeas- ures was implemented. Results After QCC activity, the skin injury rate in observation group was lower than that of control, the nursing satisfaction rate in observation group was higher than that of control group (all P〈0.05). Conclusion QCC activity can effectively reduce the skin injury rate and improve pa- tient's comfort level.
