小儿高热惊厥护理效果临床指标及满意度分析

目的探讨综合护理干预对高热惊厥患儿的护理效果、临床指标改善及满意度的调查。方法选取2013-01—2016-12在信阳市中心医院儿科治疗的140例高热惊厥患儿,随机数字表分为干预组(综合护理措施进行干预+基础治疗)、常规组(常规护理措施+基础治疗)各70例,对比2组的治疗效果。结果治疗前,干预组和常规组的HR、RR、BDNF、HSP70、WBC的水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗48h后,干预组患儿的HR低于常规组(P<0.05),2组治疗48h后的HR、RR、BDNF、HSP70、WBC水平与治疗前比较均显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后,干预组的退热时间、惊厥症状完全消失时间、住院时间均显著低于常规组(P<0.05);干预组患儿家长对护理及治疗的满意率82.86%高于常规组的68.57%(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预有利于尽快缓解患儿的高热、惊厥症状,对大部分实验室指标影响不明显,但提高患儿家长满意率作用明显。

Objective To explore the efficacy of comprehensive nursing intervention on clinical indicators and satisfaction in children with febrile convulsion .Method A total of 140 children with febrile convulsion in our hospital from January 2013 to De-cember 2016 were randomly divided into intervention group （received both comprehensive nursing intervention and basal therapy ） and conventional group （received both routine nursing measures and basal therapy ） ,70 cases in each group .Then the therapeutic efficacy was comparatively analyzed .Results Before intervention the HR ,RR ,BDNF ,HSP70 and WBC values showed no signifi-cant differences between intervention group and conventional group .However ,after 48-hour intervention ,the intervention group presented lower HR value than the conventional group （P〈0.05） ,and HR ,RR ,BDNF ,HSP70 and WBC values in both groups were obviously increased （P〈0.05） .Before intervention ,the fever clearance time ,the disappearance time of convulsion symptoms and hospital stays in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group （P〈0.05） .The satisfac-tory rate in intervention group was 82.86% ,higher than 68.57% in the conventional group （P〈0.05） .Conclusion Comprehen-sive nursing intervention may be beneficial to relieve fever and convulsion symptoms .Although little effect on lab indicators ,it can apparently raise the satisfactory rate in parents .
