The Construction of Risk Management System for Information Behavior in Scientific Collaboration

【目的/意义】面向具有多元科研主体参与特性的科研协同信息行为构建风险管理体系,有助于防范和解决科研协同信息行为中的多元化跨系统风险。【方法/过程】本文基于科研协同信息行为中的风险识别和风险管理流程梳理,确立了科研协同信息行为风险管理体系组成要素和建设阶段。【结果/结论】面向科研协同信息行为的风险管理体系应围绕跨系统风险管理组织体系、科研协同内部控制系统和协同风险管理信息系统分阶段实施构建。

[Purpose/significance] For the multi-subject participation characteristics of collaborative information behavior, the construction of risk management system contributes to the prevention and solution of numerous cross-system risks in scientific collaboration. [Method/process] This paper proposes components and steps of the risk management system con- struction based on the descriptions of the risk identification and risk management process for information behavior in scien- tific collaboration. [Result/conclusion] The construction should focus on the cross-system organizational system, internal control system and risk management system for scientific collaboration.
