摘要
【目的/意义】揭示中国转型情境下新企业知识共享与双元机会识别间的关系,从知识管理理论视角为新企业构建双元型组织提供理论指导。【方法/过程】构建知识共享对双元机会识别影响的动态模型,并探讨投机导向在其中所起的调节作用。最后,通过对309家中国新企业样本进行实证分析。【结果/结论】在创建和早期成长阶段,知识共享积极影响双元机会识别;在创建阶段,投机导向积极调节知识共享与双元机会识别间的关系;在早期成长阶段,投机导向消极调节知识共享与探索型机会识别间的关系,对利用型机会识别的调节作用不显著。
[Purpose/significance ]This research analyses the relationship between new venture knowledge sharing and am- bidextrous opportunity recognition in different stages under Chinese context, and provides theoretical guidance for new ven- tures to develop ambidexterity from knowledge management perspective. [ Method/process ] This study constructed a dynam- ic impact model of knowledge sharing to ambidextrous opportunity recognition, and inquired into the moderating effect of ar- bitrage orientation. Then we collected data from 309 Chinese firms for empirical research. [ Result/conclusion] The results show that knowledge sharing has a positively impact on ambidextrous opportunity recognition at both stages. Arbitrage ori- entation has positive moderate role between knowledge sharing and ambidextrous opportunity recognition, while arbitrage orientation negatively moderates the relationship of knowledge sharing and exploration opportunity recognition, and the moderate effect to exploitation opportunity recognition is insignificant.
