浸种及损伤对甜瓜种子发芽的影响

Effect of Seed Soaking and Damage on Melon Seeds Germination

为了缩短甜瓜种子的发芽成苗时间,研究分析了不同顺序的浸种和不同程度的损伤处理对甜瓜种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数的影响。结果表明:一定程度的损伤处理和必要的浸种处理,可提高甜瓜种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数,达到在不影响发芽率的前提下促进甜瓜种子提早发芽的目的,并且采取先浸种后损伤的处理方式,种子发芽效果最佳。

In order to shorten the germination time of melon seeds, the effect of ditlerent operating sequence of seed soaking and varying degrees of damage on the germination rate, germination potential and germination indexes of melon seeds were investigated. The results showed, a certain degree of damage process and the necessary seed soaking could improve the germination rate, germination potential and germination index of melon seeds, and so that promoted the germination of melon seeds without affecting the germination rate. It could achieve the best result of germination by adopting the treatment method of damage after seed soaking to melon seeds.
