天然橡胶标准胶包装自动输送线的设计

Design of the Automatic Transfer Line for the Natural Rubber(standard rubber) Packing Process

为提升天然橡胶标准胶包装过程的自动化水平、提高生产效率并节约劳动成本,设计了一条胶块的自动输送线,包括整体、关键组件结构及自动控制系统设计。自动输送线由输送机构、质量检测及控制装置、方向控制装置和控制系统构成,包括动力、非动力、水平、上坡等各种形式辊线、传送带、拨轮、气缸等多种传送装置,以及控制模块,可完成胶包从干燥胶车、经称重台最终至打包机的自动输运。通过理论计算获得水平动力辊线、称重台、拨轮装置、水平上坡组合式动力输送带等关键组件的结构和性能参数并进行了校核。建立了由西门子PLC S7-200工控板、CPU、24V开关电源、编程缆线、电磁继电器、电机调速器、电子秤接收器等组成的硬件系统,通过编程、电路制作,将控制策略转化为PLC指令输入控制系统,实现输送线的自动化运行。

To improve the automatic level of the packing line of the Natural Rubber （standard rubber）, increase the productive rate and save the labor cost, an automatic transfer line of the rubber block was designed, included the design of the total system, the structure of the key component and the automatic controlling module. The automatic transfer line was composed of the transferring mechanisms, mass measuring and controlling device, direction controlling device and controlling system, in specific including power/non-power, horizontal/upward rollers, conveyers, thumbwheels, air cylinders and controlling modules. In virtue of the designed automatic transfer line, the rubber blocks could be automatically unload from the dry rubber vehicle, weighed, and finally packed by the packing machine. Structural and performance parameters of key components such as the horizontal-power rollers, weighing tables, thumbwheels and horizontal-upward-power rollers were checked theoretically. A hardware system composed of the PLC S7-200 controlling board, CPU, 24V-Switching Mode Power Supply, programing cables, electromagnetic relays, motor govemor, receiver of electronic scales were established, the controlling strategy was transformed into the PLC instructions inputting by programing and circuit fabricating, to realize the automatic operation of the transfer line of rubber blocks.
