广西甘蔗糖业发展态势分析及其升级转型对策研究

Study on the Development Trend,Upgrading and Transformation Strategy of Sugarcane Industry in Guangxi

食糖是国家重要战略物资,糖业是亟待转型的传统型产业。广西是国家最大的甘蔗糖业产业基地。基于广西甘蔗糖业发展态势与面临问题分析,提出了培育新型蔗糖经营体系、产业链补链和强链策略、价值链延伸和开拓策略、"走出去+引进来"策略、"双高化+融合化"策略、打造生态循环糖业体系策略等广西甘蔗糖业转型升级的对策建议。

Sugar was an important national strategic material, and the sugar industry was a traditional one which needs to be transformed promptly. Guangxi was the largest sugar industry base in China. Based on the analysis of development trend and problems of sugarcane industry in Guangxi,some suggestions which could promote the upgrating and transformation of sugarcane industry in Guangxi were put forward such as the cultivation of new sugar management system, industrial chain extension strategy, value chain development strategy, ＂going global ＋ bring in＂ strategy, High sugar content, high yield and integration＂ strategy and building the ecological cycle sugar industry strategy.
