摘要
针对高师数学分析课程教学的弊端,以及学生渴望尽早提高师范技能的要求,提出了运用小组合作学习法促进数学分析课程学习及教师职业能力培养的教学改革方法。其可行性在于小组合作学习有利于形成数学学习的思辩性学习氛围。同时小组学习组织灵活,可以为培养学生的教师职业能力而设计组织方式。通过教学实践与探究,得到了运用小组合作学习法提高学生数学分析课程学习水平及教师职业能力素养的具体实施方案。
Aiming at the drawbacks of math analysis teaching,and the requirement of students' desire as soon as possible to improve normal skill,this paper proposed the teaching reform of using cooperative learning methods to promote the training of mathematical analysis course and teacher's occupation ability. The feasibility that cooperative learning is in favor of the speculative atmosphere of mathematics learning. And group learning organization is flexible,and can be designed for students to cultivate the teachers' occupation ability. Through teaching practice and research,we get the concrete implementation plan of using group cooperative learning method to improve students' mathematical analysis course learning level and teachers' professional ability accomplishment.
