摘要
法学专业实践教学是训练和提升法科学生法律实务能力,培养应用型法律人才的重要途径,是法学教育的重要组成部分。目前我国高校的法学实践教学普遍存在教学模式单一、形式化倾向严重、教学实效性差等弊端,难以实现实践教学目的。明确法学专业实践教学目标,构建一套层次分明、体系完整、结构合理的实践教学体系是提高法学实践教学效果,培养法科学生法律职业技能,优化法律人才培养质量的重要保障。
Practical teaching is training and enhancing the legal practice ability of law students,an important way to cultivate qualified talents of law,and is an important part of legal education. At present the school of law in practice teaching has universal single teaching mode,serious form tendency,poor teaching effectiveness and other defects,and it is difficult to achieve in practice clear teaching purpose. For law practice teaching objectives,we should construct a set of structured and complete system,a practice teaching system and a reasonable structure to improve the teaching effect of law practice,cultivate legal occupation skills of students in law,and legal personnel training to guarantee the quality.
