摘要
艺术管理学是一门涵盖多门理论、从艺术管理角度发展的综合学科,文章结合艺术管理学四种任务,以高校学生乐团为管理对象,探索专业化模式,给予高校学生乐团管理建议,并希望抛砖引玉,将高校学生乐团专业化管理模式更科学和更实用。
Art management is a discipline from the perspective of artistic management and it covers multiple theories. As the management object of the college students orchestra,this paper combines the four tasks of art management,then explores the professional model to give advice to the management of college students orchestra and hope the college students orchestra professional management model more scientific and more practical.
