近年来,世界各国关于危机矿产界定评估方法的研究比较活跃。本研究梳理分析了国际上危机矿产界定评估方法的相关文献,为我国深入开展危机矿产研究提供借鉴。本研究的个案分析包括美国国家科学技术委员会(2016),美国国家科学研究委员会(2008),美国能源部(2011),欧盟委员会(2010,2014)和OECD(2015),英国地质调查局(2015),BP公司(2012,2014),澳大利亚资源、能源和旅游部(2013),张新安、张迎新(2011),Graedel等3D模型(2015)的整体框架、具体指标和界定结果。

In recent years, the research on the defining and evaluation methods of the Critical Minerals has been very active in many countries around the world. This paper summarizes and analyzes the relevant literatures of the defining and evaluation methods of the Critical Minerals in the world and provides references for China to conduct in-depth researches on the Critical Minerals. The previous case analyses of this paper include： The U.S.National Science and Technology Council （2016）, U.S. National Research Council （2008）, U.S. Department of Energy （2011）, European Commission （2010, 2014）, OECD （2015）, British Geological Survey （2015）, BP （2012,2014）, Australian Ministry of Resources, Energy and Tourism （2013）, Zhang Xinan and Zhang Yingxin （2011）, and the overall framework, concrete indicators and defining outcomes of 3D Models by Graedel et al （2015）.
