中国与北欧(瑞典、芬兰、挪威)三国矿业合作潜力分析及展望

Potential Analysis and Outlook for Cooperation of Mining Industry between China and Nordic Countries-Finland,Sweden and Norway

北欧国家矿产资源丰富,成矿条件良好。一方面,因气候、经济、市场、环境、融资等原因,大量矿产资源仍处在未勘查或未详细勘探或未开发状态,存在极大的矿产资源进一步勘探与开发空间和潜力;另一方面,笔者分析认为,北欧国家矿业政策积极务实、政治与社会稳定、管理规范、矿业税费低、投资环境良好。在"一带一路"倡议和中国与北欧国家寻求强化经济合作的大背景下,这两方面有利条件的结合恰好为未来双方间的矿业合作和投资提供了良好的契机和潜在机会。

Nordic countries-Finland, Sweden and Norway are abundant in mineral resources and have good ore-forming conditions. On the one hand, due to the following reasons of climate, economy, market, natural environment, financing and so on, a large amount of mineral resources are still unexploited or unexploited in-depth or undevelopedand there is a tremendous potential for further exploration and development for minerals in that area. On the other hand, the author thinks that, for the Nordic countries, the mining policies are positive and practical, the political situations and society are stable, the mining regulations are standardized, the taxes on the mining industry are relatively low and the mining investment environment is good. The Belt and Road Initiative and the favorable background of seeking a closer economic cooperation between China and Nordic countries have combined to form these two advantageous conditions which will provide excellent potential opportunities for both sides to cooperate in the mining investments in the future.
