摘要
以大豆分离蛋白(SPI)为天然高分子,甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能性单体,通过接枝聚合的方法对蛋白质进行了改性,成功制备了SPI-PMAA水凝胶.对SPI-PMAA水凝胶形貌结构做了FT-IR表征,证明MAA已成功接枝到SPI上.研究了在不同溶液中水凝胶的溶胀性能,结果表明SPI-PMAA水凝胶在不同的模拟液中都具有不同的溶胀性.
In this paper, soybean protein isolate(SPI) was used as natural polymer, methacrylic acid(MAA) was used as functional monomer, and the protein was modified by graft polymerization. SPI-PMAA hydrogel was successfully prepared. The morphology and structure of SPI-PMAA hydrogels were characterized by FT-IR, which proved that MAA had been successfully grafted onto SPI. Finally, swelling properties of hydrogels in different solutions were studied. The results showed that SPI-PMAA hydrogels had different swelling properties in different simulated liquids.
