摘要
研究了以下的具有降糖尧降脂尧美容尧润肠等多种功能的桑叶茶系列产品,主要产品有桑叶绿茶尧桑叶红茶尧槐花味桑叶茶尧桑叶乌龙茶尧桑叶抹茶,就其研究工艺做了详细的介绍,并对其目前的发展以及未来的前景做了展望,为以后的实际生产提供参考.
This paper investigated the following mulberry leaf tea series products witha variety of functions such as lowering sugar,lipid, beauty, runchang, the main products were mulberry leaf tea, black mulberry leaf tea , mulberry leaves tea with flavor fromsophora japonica, oolong mulberry leaf tea, mulberry leaf mocha. The processing method was all introduced in detail, and its presentdevelopment and future prospects were discussed for providing reference for actual production.
