人性化护理对妇科肿瘤患者术后心理状态的影响

Effect of humanistic nursing on postoperative psychological state of gynecological tumor patients

目的:探讨有效改善妇科肿瘤患者术后心理状态的干预措施和方法,为临床护理工作实践提供借鉴参考依据。方法:选取我院妇科病区2015年12月~2016年12月收治的妇科肿瘤患者288例为研究对象,随机将患者等分成研究组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,研究组在此基础上给予人性化护理措施和方法,对两组患者实施护理干预措施后的治疗依从性、心理状态评分和护理满意度情况进行比较。结果:总满意度组间比较,研究组显著高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的各项SCL-90心理状态评分均明显低于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的各项SF-36评分均明显高于对照组,且差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理措施和方法能够有效的改善妇科肿瘤患者术后的心理状态,是临床护理实践中的理想选择之一。

Objective： To explore the effective intervention measures and methods to improve the psychological state of gynecological tumor patients after operation,and provide reference for clinical nursing practice. Methods： To select 288 cases of gynecological tumor patients admitted to our Department of Gynecology from December 2015 to December 2016 as the subjects of study,randomly divide the patients into study group and control group,and give routine nursing to the control group. On this basis,give humanized nursing measures and methods to the study group and compare the treatment compliance,mental status score and nursing satisfaction between the two groups after the implementation of nursing intervention. Results： Compared with the control group,the total satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）; the SCL-90 scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）; the SF-36 scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Humanistic nursing measure and method could effectively improve the postoperative psychological state of gynecological tumor patients,and was one of the ideal choice in clinical nursing practice.
