自我效能在2型糖尿病患者社会支持与自我管理关系中的中介作用

The mediating role of self-efficacy in the relationship between social support and self-management in patients with type 2 diabetes

目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者社会支持与自我管理关系中自我效能的中介作用。方法:采用自我管理活动问卷、自我效能问卷及社会支持评定量表对211例2型糖尿病患者进行问卷调查,并对数据进行相关性分析和回归分析。结果:主观支持、客观支持及支持利用度与自我效能、自我管理呈显著相关(P<0.05);自我效能是社会支持与自我管理之间的部分中介变量,引入自我效能后,主观支持、客观支持及支持利用度的标准化回归系数分别由0.45,0.34,0.44下降到0.31,0.26,0.33(P<0.05)。结论:自我效能在社会支持与自我管理之间起部分中介作用,医护人员应注意加强2型糖尿病患者的社会支持系统,提高其自我效能水平,进而促进糖尿病患者的自我管理和健康结局。

Objective： To explore the mediating role of self-efficacy in the relationship between social support and self-management in patients with type2 diabetes. Methods： Self-management questionnaire,self-efficacy questionnaire and social support rating scale were adopted to investigate a total of 211 type 2 diabetic patients,and the data were processed by correlation and regression analysis. Results： Subjective support,objective support and utilization of support were significantly correlated with self-efficacy and self-management（ P 〈 0. 05）; self-efficacy is a mediator variable between social support and self-management,after the introduction of self-efficacy,the standardized regression coefficients of subjective support,objective support and support utilization reduced from 0. 45,0. 34 and 0. 44 to 0. 31,0. 26 and 0. 33 respectively（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role between social support and self-management. Medical staff should pay attention to strengthen the social support system of type 2 diabetic patients,improve their self-efficacy level,and further promote their self-management and health outcomes.
