身心康复锻炼对高血压性脑出血患者术后康复效果的影响

Effect of physical and psychological rehabilitation exercise on postoperative recovery of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

目的:探讨身心康复锻炼对高血压性脑出血患者术后身体功能恢复、抑郁情绪改善等的影响。方法:选取2016年1~12月我院住院治疗的高血压性脑出血术后患者83例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组42例和观察组41例,对照组采用常规用药及康复锻炼指导,观察组在对照组基础上采用身心康复锻炼。入组干预3个月后,用Fugl-Meyer表,ADL评分及Barthel指数评价患者的身体功能恢复状况;采用自我干预能力量表(ESCA),抑郁量表(SDS)评定患者的自我干预能力和精神状态评分,对结果进行比较。结果:干预3个月后,观察组患者身体功能恢复评分好于对照组(P<0.05)。ESCA评分、SRHMS评分均高于对照组,自我干预效能高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:身心康复锻炼对高血压性脑出血患者术后康复起到明显促进作用,有效恢复患者的身体功能,利于患者的身心健康。

Objective： To investigate the effect of physical and mental rehabilitation on postoperative functional recovery and depression in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods： A total of 83 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage hospitalized in our hospital from January2016 to December 2016 were selected as study object and they were randomly divided into control group（ n = 42） and observation group（ n = 41）. The control group was given conventional medication and rehabilitation exercise instruction. The observation group was treated with physical and mental rehabilitation exercise on the basis of the control group. Three months after the intervention,Fugl-Meyer table,ADL score and Barthel index were used to evaluate the recovery of body function. Exercise of self-care agency scale（ ESCA） and self-rating depression score（ SDS） were used to evaluate the self-intervention ability and mental status of the patients and the results were compared. Results： After 3 months of intervention,the body function recovery score of the observation group was better than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. ESCA score and SRHMS score were higher than that of the control group. Self-intervention efficacy was higher than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions： Physical and mental rehabilitation exercise can significantly promote postoperative recovery in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,which can effectively restore the body functions of patients and is beneficial to the patients’ physical and mental health.
