摘要
利用靶向代谢组学方法研究心力衰竭(简称心衰)患者的脂肪酸及蛋白质代谢。采用串联质谱方法检测103例非心衰患者和84例心衰患者血液中的脂肪酸及蛋白质代谢物。应用正交偏最小二乘判别分析法(OPLS-DA)及Logistical回归筛选出非心衰组和心衰组的差异性代谢物。OPLS-DA模型具有较好的区分度和预测性,与对照组比,组氨酸含量在心衰组较低,而肉豆蔻烯酰基肉碱、棕榈酰基肉碱、十八碳烯酰基肉碱含量较高(P<0.01)。组氨酸、肉碱可能参与心衰的发展机制,研究其代谢过程可能为心衰的治疗提供新的思路。
The authors identified the distinctive makers in heart failure patients using a targeted metabolomics approach. The authors detected the metabolites in 103 non-heart failure and 84 heart failure with MS/MS,and screened the heterogeneity makers with orthogonal partial least-squares discriminant analysis( OPLS-DA) and Logistical regression. OPLS-DA is well discrimination and forecast. The laurel carnitine is lower in heart failure patients,otherwise the myristoyl carnitine chloride,palmitoyl carnitine chlorideare and Octadecene acyl carnitine are all higher( P<0.01). The histine,carnitine might play an important role on heart failure,and that studying the metabolism process may provide a novel way of thinking for diagnosing the heart failure.
