抑郁症基本心理需求满意度的特点及与人格的相关性研究

A Study on the Traits of Basic Psychological Needs Satisfaction of Depression and Its Relationship with Personality

测量82例抑郁症患者的基本心理需求满意度、人格、抑郁和焦虑症状。考察抑郁症患者与健康者在基本心理需求满意度之间的差异性,与人格特质的相关性及其对症状严重程度和短期疗效的影响。抑郁症患者在自主需求满意度、关系需求满意度、能力需求满意度、外倾性得分均显著低于对照组。三种基本心理需求满意度与抑郁严重程度呈负相关;能力需求满意度与神经质呈负相关,与严谨性呈正相关,自主需求满意度与严谨性呈正相关。自主需求满意度解释了抑郁减分率变异的5.9%。抑郁症患者基本心理需求满意度明显低于健康者,较高的基本心理需求满意度可能与较好的临床疗效有关,也与部分人格特质相关。

To investigate the basic psychological needs satisfaction,personality,depression and anxiety symptoms of 82 depression patients. To investigate the difference of basic psychological needs satisfaction between depression patients and healthy persons,the correlation of basic psychological needs satisfaction with personality traits and its effect on symptom severity and short-term efficacy. The scores of depression patients were significantly lower than the control group in autonomy needs satisfaction,relatedness needs satisfaction,competence needs satisfaction and extroversion. The three basic psychological needs satisfaction were negatively correlated with the severity of depression. The competence needs satisfaction were negatively correlated with neuroticism while positively correlated with conscientiousness,the autonomy needs satisfaction were positively correlated with conscientiousness. The 5.9% of the variation in the reduction rate of depression was explained by the autonomy needs satisfaction.The basic psychological needs satisfaction of depression patients are significantly lower than that of healthy persons. The higher basic psychological needs satisfaction may be related to better clinical efficacy and also to some personality traits.
