中国传统心理取向音乐治疗思想研究

Research on Thoughts of Chinese Traditional Psychological Orientation of Music Therapy

本文通过对《黄帝内经》、《乐记》等古籍文献中有关心理取向音乐治疗思想的整理、分析,阐述了中国古代巫师音乐心理治疗思想、"治未病"的音乐心理治疗思想和先秦时期的音乐心理治疗思想。在借鉴古代音乐心理治疗思想理论基础上,结合当代对传统音乐心理治疗思想的创新研究,进一步归纳、梳理了当代开展的"五音疗法"、"合唱疗法"和"音乐电疗法"等传统音乐疗法,从而构建出了中国传统心理取向音乐治疗的思想理论体系与内涵方法。

According to the " The Inner Canon of Huangdi", " The Record of Music" of ancient literature about psychological orientation of music therapy theory combined with the research of application of Chinese finishing,contemporary traditional music therapy theory,the article expounds the Chinese ancient wizard music psychotherapy thought and traditional " zhiweibing" music theory and psychotherapy the pre Qin period music psychotherapy ideas. Based on drawing lessons from Chinese traditional music therapy,and makes the relevant discussion on the ideological combined with and theoretical practice of music China contemporary traditional psychological music therapy,the article induced traditional music therapy such as " Five Music Notes therapy", "Chorus therapy" and " Music electrotherapy",and constructed the ideological and theoretical system and connotation method of Chinese traditional psychological orientation music therapy.
