一例传销“洗脑”案例的心理干预

Psychological Intervention on Pyramid Selling Brainwashing: a case report

目前,涉及传销相关的心理治疗研究多为创伤后应激障碍、急性应激障碍等心理创伤的个体,涉及"洗脑"后的心理干预个案的研究较少。文章介绍一例被传销"洗脑"的大学生个案的心理干预和分析,治疗师对其进行8次心理干预,结合多种心理咨询与治疗方法,逐步改善来访者情绪,调整认知,恢复社会功能,提出针对此类来访者应注意认真倾听、不急于贴异常心理标签、挖掘深层次心理需求、避免来访者问题恶化等观点,以期为高校及医院心理咨询师处理相关心理问题提供参考。

At present,the most of psychotherapy on pyramid selling are individuals of psychological trauma such as post-traumatic stress disorder,acute stress disorder,and the research about how to treat with psychological intervention on pyramid selling brainwashing patients is few. This article introduced how to deal with and analyzed a college student who had be brainwashing by pyramid selling organizations, and the therapist made 8 psychological intervention for her with several psychotherapy and counseling methods,in order to gradually improve the mood of client,adjust her cognition,restore social? functioning,and presents some viewpoints such as listening? carefully to the answers of client,abnormal psychology not being labelled hasty,finding deep psychological needs,avoiding client's psychological problems worse,and hopes to provide reference when university and hospital psychological? counselors dealing with related psychological problems.
