Developing and enforcing socialist core values is an important part of the ideological and political education by grassroot Party organizations in universities.The paper,from the perspectives of ideological and political education by universities,Party school teaching innovation,practical teaching and learning opportunities and Party member and cadre team construction,studies and analyzes the specific approaches to integrating socialist core values education into the development of university grassroot Party organizations,aiming to promote the grassroot Party organization construction with both theoretical and practical efforts.
