Challenges for Academic Affairs Management in Local Universities in the Context of Higher Learning Reorientation and Relevant Strategies

在转型发展背景下,地方高校的教务管理部门面临贯彻落实教育部转型发展文件精神、适应本校转型发展带来压力、继续重视教务日常管理工作、创新教务管理思想的考验。地方高校的教务管理部门需要增强大局意识、服务意识、效率意识和创新意识,还需要做好为学校转型发展提供决策依据、为教学质量提升提供优质服务、为部门人员发展提供合适岗位、为部门人员需求提供适当帮助等相应工作。

In the context of reorientation of higher education,the academic affairs departments in local universities are facing great challenges.For instance,they have to implement MOE's directives on university reorientation,cope with the problems in the reorientation process,reinforce routine teaching management and innovate traditional management system.The new situation requires that they improve the awareness of overall interest,service,efficiency and innovation in specific jobs such as helping the universities with policy-making in reorientation,offering quality service to teaching quality promotion,providing proper positions for staff development and satisfying the requirements of their staff members,etc.
