转型背景下民办高校教学工作的几点思考

Reflections on Teaching Affairs in Private Universities in the Context of Higher Education Transition

民办高校作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,为我国的高等教育增添了新的生命力,但由于民办高校在资金来源、师资队伍、学苗素质等方面的特殊性,使其向应用技术型方向转型发展成为必然。各院部要结合自身专业特点,深入分析"为什么转""怎么转"和"转什么",切实做好专业建设、课程建设、实践教学建设及教学质量监控建设等工作,做好向应用型转变,真正把转型发展工作做实、做好,以实现应用型人才培训目标。

Although private universities have refreshed China's higher education as an important part of the latter,it is of necessity for these institutions to be reoriented to application due to their particularities in financial source,teaching staff and students' qualities,etc.All the faculties should reflect carefully upon the reasons,manners and content of transition on the basis of their respective features and work hard at the construction of specialty,curriculum,practical teaching and teaching quality supervision for the goal of the cultivation of application-oriented talents.
