在如今的网络时代,高校共青团员已经成为网民中的主力军,新媒体极大地影响着高校共青团员的思想观念、思维方式和生活方式,因此,高校共青团工作面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。高校共青团必须通过有效途径进行新媒体建设,采取完善新媒体建设的工作机制、健全新媒体工作的管理制度、构筑"新媒体+共青团"的工作阵地、提高团干部的新媒体工作能力、提高青年学生的新媒体素养和开创线上线下相结合的工作局面等措施,发挥新媒体环境下高校共青团的作用,加强共青团员的思想道德教育,为信息化时代的共青团员开拓一片新天地。

In the internet age,newmedia exert great influences uponuniversity League members＇ thoughts,way of thinking and lifestyle since they constitute a major part of netizens, which has posed both challengesand opportunities to university Youth League organizations in their practice. This measures have to be taken in the construction of new media for university Youth League organizations suchas refining the working mechanism of construction, perfecting the management system of new media,reinforcing a platform integrating new media and Youth League, promoting League cadres＂ capabilities in using new media, enhancing students Equalities of new media and integrating both online and offline work, etc. so as to give a full play to university Youth League organizations and strengthen moral education for Youth League members.
