Developmental Strategies for Modern Logistics in Jilin Province in the Context of the “Belt and Road”Initiative

现代物流业是一种具有现代技术和管理组织特征的复合型服务产业,是国民经济的重要组成部分。吉林省的地理区位资源优势已经使其成为东北亚经济链条上的物流中心,因此,研究"一带一路"倡议下吉林省现代物流业的发展,对吉林省产业结构升级、转变经济发展方式、提升竞争实力都具有重要意义。一带一路倡仪下,吉林省现代物流业发展对策是:升级传统产业物流,搭建新兴产业物流平台;提升物流企业的服务水平与竞争力;加强物流基础设施建设;持续加快培养和引进现代物流管理人才。

Modem logistics industry, an important integral part of national economy, is a composite service industry featuring modem technology and management. Since Jilin Province has become a logistics center on the economic chain of Northeast Asia due to its geographical advantages, it is industrial structure, transform economic developmental means and promote competitiveness of the province through studies on the development of the industry in the context of the 11 Belt and Road＂ initiative. In thepaper below,some strategies are proposed to cope with the new situation like updating logistics of traditional industries, establishing logistic platforms for newly - rising industries, enhancing service quality and competitiveness of logistics companies, reinforcing logistics infrastrjicture, speeding up the cultivation and introduction of moder logistics management professionals.
