摘要 面对全面建成小康社会进入决胜阶段的新形势,加快转变农业发展方式,加速农业现代化,实现新一轮吉林振兴,必须深入推进创新驱动发展战略和农业科技体制改革。聚焦吉林省农业科技创新体系建设,围绕提升吉林农业科技自主创新能力、维护国家粮食安全保障能力、加快农民增收致富支撑能力,运用协同理论对吉林省农业科技创新体系建设的协同性缺失问题进行实证分析,提出目标、体系、主体和制度四个协同保障机制。 To revitalize the economy of Jilin Province by speeding up agricultural modernization and thetransition of agricultural development, it is necessary to further the implementation of an innovation-drivendevelopmental strategy and to initiate a reform on agricultural scientific and when a victory is in sight for the construction of a well-off society. In this paper, 4 collaborative guaranteemechanisms involving targets, framework, subject and system were proposed based on an empirical analysison the lack of coordination in the construction of Jilin Provincial agricultural science and technologyinnovation system with the theory of coordination , aiming to improve the province’s capability , maintain national safety in grain production and increase farmers revenues through theconstruction of an agricultural scientific and technical innovation system.
