螺栓预紧力高温变化试验技术研究

摘要 热失配会导致螺栓预紧力在高温环境出现下降,针对这一问题,采用偏心拉伸试验的方法,从侧面测试螺栓预紧力的高温变化趋势,进而评估螺栓在高温环境下保持预紧力的性能。设计了高温合金螺栓连接陶瓷基复材平板的试验件,阐述了相关的试验原理、测试方案,完成了地面试验,并根据试验结果,提出了采用弹簧加载的改进试验方案。 Bolt preload will loss in high temperature environment as a result of thermal mismatch.Eccentric stretch test method is proposed, and the test method is used to test indirectly the changetrend of bolt preload in high temperature environment, thus to evaluate the ability to maintainpreload of bolt. A test specimen of high temperature alloy bolt jointing with ceramic matrixcomposites plate is designed for the test. Correlative test principle and test scheme are described,and the test is accomplished. According to the test result, new improved test scheme is putforward, in which spring is used to apply the load.
