摘要
离合器是汽车传动系统中的重要组成部分,压盘是离合器的主要零件之一,法兰用于离合器压盘的连接,对其性能有很大的影响。本文采用有限元分析技术对汽车连接离合器压盘法兰进行仿真分析和计算,结合分析结果,提出改进方案。通过仿真分析以及工程使用情况,证明改进方案能够满足强度要求,论证了其具有可行性和有效性。
Automobile clutch is an important composition of transmission system, and thepressure-plate is one of the main parts of clutch. Flange is used for the connection of clutchpressure-plate, and has a great influence on the performance of clutch. In this paper, finiteelement analysis is used for the simulation analysis and calculation of the clutch pressure-plateflange of automobile. In combination with the results of the analysis, the improved scheme is putforward. The improved scheme is proved successfully by the simulation results and the operationpractice.
