摘要
针对车门焊缝密封胶气泡缺陷问题,运用六西格玛方法进行因素筛选并分析。结果表明,车门包边工艺中结构胶离边间隙和结构胶直径是导致车门焊缝密封胶气泡的主要因素。通过对车门包边工艺中结构胶离边间隙和结构胶直径的控制,最终将涂装门钣焊缝密封胶单位气泡数由1.53个/台降低至0.21个/台,实际改善幅度达到86%,有效降低了车门焊缝密封胶气泡数,流程改善输出成果达到了预期的效果,具有一定的工程实用价值。
With regard to the problem of bubbles on the door hemming of painted body, the defectsare detected and analyzed by the application of six-sigma management system. The results showthat the distance of structural adhesive to the door hemming edge and the diameter of structuraladhesive are the main factors for the body seam sealant bubbles. By adjusting the two mainfactors, defects per unit of door seam sealant bubbles are reduced from 1.53 to 0.21, and the totalimprovement effectiveness achieved 86% . Seam sealant bubbles on door hem have beenimproved and reduced greatly. Its effectiveness is desired, and has a certain practical value.
