摘要
在飞机结构强度试验中,试验监控视频对于试验过程中的实时分析和试验完成以后的结果分析具有十分重要的作用。针对当前试验监控视频画面叠加控制系统加载百分数存在的问题,提出了一种虚拟回路数字输出控制技术。该方法节约了硬件通道资源,且数字输出响应迅速、准确、稳定,试验监控视频加载百分数连续显示,已在正式试验中应用。
In aircraft structure strength test, the test kinescope is very important for the real-timeanalysis during the test and the result analysis after the test. In order to resolve the problem ofloading percent in test kinescope of display superposition control system, a control technology forvirtual loop digital output is proposed in the paper. This method can save the hardware channelsresource, and the digital output responding is rapid, accurate and stable. The loading percent inthe test kinescope is continuous, and the technology has been applied in the formal test.
