摘要
针对我校应用化学专业人才专业发展现状,对当前应用化学专业人才需求及学校特色进行分析,设计合理培养方案,配以适应的基于成果导向教育的教学策略,为应用化学专业培养创新型人才提供一条新的改革思路。
According to the Applied Chemistry personnel's current development,the researcher analyzes the demands for talents and the characteristics of Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology.In order to provide a new thought of cultivating innovative applied chemistry talents,we designed a reasonable training project and established matching model between curriculum and training goal,teaching strategies are also given to provide a new idea of training innovative personnel.
