摘要
随着我国汽车市场的逐渐成熟,用户的消费理念也日趋成熟,用户需求更加多元化,对产品、服务的要求也越来越高,越来越严苛,曾经的代理销售体制已经不再适合当今市场和用户的需求了。汽车4S店能够满足用户的多样需求,它可以提供装备精良、清洁干净的维修区,现代化的先进设备和人性化的服务管理,高度敬业的职业化氛围,精良的服务设施,充足的汽车零配件供给,快速及时的售后跟踪服务体系。通过对汽车4S店经营管理模式的研究,达到既能扩大销量,又能使用户对汽车品牌产生信赖的目的。
With the improvement of China's auto market maturity,the users' consumption concept also tends to be mature,therefore the users' demands for the products and service are so diversified and severe that the original agent-dealer system is no longer suitable for today's market. The Auto 4 S shops can meet the users' needs by providing well-equipped pit,clean,modern advanced equipment and humanized service management,highly dedicated professional atmosphere,sophisticated facilities,plenty of automobile spare parts supply,rapid and timely after-sale tracking service system. Through the study of auto 4 S shops management pattern,the researchers hope to expand sales and get the users' trust in their products.
